Role: CGI & motion designer at Skinn Branding Agency™.
Identity for a cross-border digital talent agency. The work supported the merger of NedWorks and Ariad into a single European brand.
Two European digital-talent agencies, NedWorks and Ariad, were merging, and the group needed a single identity that felt new but carried the equity of both. Having already branded NedWorks, Skinn led the merged identity. We anchored the new brand on the shared working style of both teams, so the story felt evolutionary, not imposed.

Assess. Assemble. Amplify.
Ariad's core methodology — the Triple-A approach — became the structural idea behind the identity. Each step (assessing context, assembling teams, amplifying strengths) maps to how Ariad moves its clients forward, so we let it drive the logo too: a bold, matter-of-fact wordmark paired with a minimal emblem that carries the three-A rhythm through every touchpoint.

Digital, naturally.
Ariad's audience lives online, so the identity had to be motion-native. I built a motion system around three elements. A typographic voice, a signature gradient, and the brand's flip-motion device, giving Ariad a consistent, recognizable feel across product, social, and campaign.
A community in words and images.
Ariad connects Europe's top digital talent, so the system leads with people, not software. Warm, candid photography and a first-person tone of voice carry through the site, social, and recruitment materials, giving a fragmented staffing category a brand that feels honest and specific.Delivered: logo system, typography, motion language, photography direction, and guidelines for the merged group.
