Recyclables

A series of posts about plastic, recycling, and our love for such a convenient and dangerous substance. The series was made especially for the font design studio, Type.Today’s Instagram profile in February 2020.

The concept of this Instagram account is based on the freedom to post whatever an artist finds suitable, as long as the typefaces used are produced by Type.Today. So to narrow it down, I decided to choose a specific theme, one I found quite important nowadays — environmental problems. 

I believe that plastic is very convenient for us. In some aspects of our lives we can't imagine how we could live without them. To top if off, they are amazingly beautiful. They can be transparent or coloured in any way we please, they are also both flexible or durable. However we have to use less of it, which in some way makes them a guilty pleasure.
